I do not recommend this establishment for tasting. first of all, it is not worth the price and I will explain why, so the website states that for $30 per person we will have a wine tasting and small snacks. Sorry, one shrimp and one piece of meat is a thing, not a small snack. My advice is to add at least greens for beauty to these snacks. The sommelier or whoever it was made very long pauses between tastings, we just sat with water and waited for the next wine. There was nothing special about the tasting. If we were not very satisfied with the tasting, we hoped at least to eat deliciously and even before that we saw that there is a menu with dishes - pizza and appetizers. ordered a pizza for $24!!!!!! and they brought pizza for us, probably from the supermarket, which was probably heated simply in the microwave. It was just awful. But we ate, although it was as dry as a board, but we were hungry. The same can be said about the meat and cheese board, it looks cheap - but the price is very expensive. Unfortunately, I really expected to get good impressions and taste wine with dishes, and to see real professionalism in the wine industry. The service wants better as well as the food. This was the first tasting in Niagara and such a disappointment. I chose through Google and visited the website of the winery, I liked that the tasting was called VIP with appetizers and that's why I chose this winery. I also expected that there would be a mini tour of the winery, they would tell something about it, but unfortunately, we just sat in the hall and waited for our tasting glasses of wine. Also, my advice if you take an order for food, bring it after the tasting, because after a pizza with pepperoni, the taste buds do not work so well for tasting the wine and recognizing the bouquet of the wine. Next time I will read reviews. I do not recommend it for visiting and spending money.
We had our wedding and reception here in October. Our plans were to have the ceremony in their courtyard however mother nature told us we needed to bring the festivities indoors. Before we knew it the staff had us setup in our backup location. The venue and grounds are beautiful. The staff and the owner are kind and accommodating. Our guests were having such a great time they didn't want to leave, even after the DJ packed up his equipment.
Very nice winery located near Niagara. It is worth visiting and getting wine samples and the charcuterie table. I recommend going by car, but there are several tours that can bring you there as well. I already went by car and by tour and both were pleasant experiences. The wine is flavourful and we got some bottles to drink at home.
This place is so cute. It’s super clean and the staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating. There are not a lot of vegan options in wine country. This winery offers amazing non-vegan food along with a vegan charcuterie board that is very well presented and thought out. Oh and the wine is amazing! I can’t express the gratitude I have for a place like this having a more inclusive menu. I always end up not eating or just having fries, nvm a well thought out and considerate charcuterie board. Look how cute it is are you kidding? Thanks so much guys for thinking outside the box!!! We’ll be back for sure.

Leaving The Hare, we found ourselves eagerly anticipating our next visit. The combination of excellent food, a charming ambience, and the staffs impeccable service has made us loyal fans. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create special memories with their loved ones. We can't wait to return for another delightful experience!
Gorgeous building, and wonderful wines, but our favourite part was the vegan charcuterie board! We cannot say enough how delicious the vegan “cheeses” and “meats” were and it was so refreshing to be able to participate in the pairing experience! We were even lucky enough to meet the owner and get a lovely origin story for the wine!
Visited The Hare on a whim and had the best time both sampling and learning about the wines! Our host, Vladimir was so knowledgeable and fun. Looking forward to returning soon! Highly recommend.
