Lovely pub, good choice of drinks. Food very good. Generally rather expensive but worth it for the nice environment. Fantastic summer pub with large beer garden which is kid friendly. Ducks geese etc for the kids to look at.

Had a disappointing meal here for new year. Food was pretty good, beer choice was poor, staff knowledge of their available drinks was poor. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. Live music was way too loud and very poor quality in terms of the actual sound system. In the end we were forced to leave before seeing in the new year because we could not hold a conversation over the music, even though we were in the restaurant at an table we had booked for all night. It just wasn't worth it. I have heard good things about Joshua Bradley other than new year, but cannot vouch for it myself. I would go back to give it another chance, but not for new year.

We have been going to the Joshua Bradley for 5 years , and always have had wonderful service and beautiful food. Unfortunately the impeccable standards of previous manager has deteriorated under the new management. The service was slow, the length of time between courses was at length. The overall standard of food was poor, chips inconsistent sizes, therefore caused inconsistent cooking. Large pudding sizes do not make up for small portion sizes on the main meal on the £13.95 menu. 5 pieces of scampi is a toddlers portion, and we were not offered any choice in peas. I don't often get the chance to eat out with friends and family, so next time unfortunately I will be dinning elsewhere. Poor show Joshua Bradley 😠😠😠😠😠

Went there for a family wedding in the Bluebell Suite. Ideal room for wedding with lovely grounds for photos of weather permits. Helpful staff serving great good. Pub has cosy areas and again helpful staff.

Nice food, reasonably priced but not overly fancy. Do a very good lamb sunday dinner. Have an area outside and a good amount of outdoor seating. There is a separate area for dining. There is a section for having just a drink and bar snacks, there are some big comfy seats which are nice and sometimes a fire.
