I can't comment on the service other than they allowed my girlfriend to use the toilet, because we had been to the best butty van outside these premises and been fed and watered with excellent bacon and sausage on toast with a lovely coffee but I believe off the ladies in the butty van that the Motel is fantastic. Rooms: 4/5
Greeted by everyone's room keys in a envelope with their names on. Didn't see a single staff member whilst there. Room very dated and worn, mold but the favourite thing was the dirty shorts left in the wardrobe. Smell of cannabis throughout the corridor to the second room. So service was not there as no staff, rooms unclean. Will not return
I work a very durty job and working nights come back to the MOTEL to find out that they only have hot water in the day WE ARE IN 2022 sort it out and iv got no heating in my room as well and it's the 19th of October as well COLDRooms: 1/5
If I could give it 0 stars I would the bedrooms the rooms smell of mould there is no hot water at all and soon as you walk in the bedroom you can smell the mould the rooms are freezing I do NOT recommend this motel at all also very cheap.
Went to an evening concert with two singers. Fabulous night great atmosphere, lots of dancing !

The attitude of the staff during the night is the worst I have come across in any hotels I have stayed at. Asked for an extra pillow 4 times over a 2 hour period only to be told we could not have any. The room was right next to the function room so there was no chance of getting to sleep until that was over. The smell of the hotel is gross as soon as you walk through the door and the rooms are very run down. 100% would not be coming back and do not recommend
My stay here on the 20.8.22 wasnt good at all. Very disappointed for the money i spent! That place is not even Wort kommen any money tbh. My mistake was, that i didnt check the Reviews. If i had i wouldnt have Set foot into that place. It should really be completely refurbished.
I liked the hosts. Unfortunately they ran out of soap but they gave me more shampoo satchets to compensate. Hot water was fine. Unfortunately heating was on timer so couldn't switch it on late at night when I arrivedRooms: 3/5
I tried to have a shower twice at separate times of day and the water was freezing. Tried to call reception repeatedly to speak to someone about it and they don’t pick up the phone for hours on end. Finally we were able to speak to someone on reception and we were told they only put the hot water on for an hour in the morning and again later in the afternoon. I have never stayed anywhere before where you cannot have a wash at a time you choose yourself, it’s just a basic necessity in a hotel to be able to have instant hot water. The building has a terrible smell - damp, dirt, I’m not sure what but it is so unpleasant. The rooms are completely run down and dated. There was no central heating in our room, just a cheap heater which is not sufficient during winter months so we cold during the night. I would advise anyone who needs to stay near by to go to the Premier Inn on Middlebrook, even if you have to pay a little extra. We decided to leave one night early even though the room was non refundable.
