Decent standard hotel. Offers a great, eat as much as you like, full English breakfast. Rooms are reasonably well appointed with fairly comfy beds, although the duvets work a bit too efficiently for me. Friendly staff contribute to making it a pleasant stay. Parking can sometimes be inadequate even though there are two car parks, one above ground and one underground.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last two weeks, and it has been one of the most comfortable and welcoming hotels I have been to. The staff are friendly and willing to help! The food is good reasonably priced and decent portion sizes. I have to give a special mention to the front desk staff. Mainly Natalie jade and the front desk manager Vicky. They were absolutely fantastic in resolving a little issue I had and for that they deserve a special mention. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area

Was very disappointed with this place, on arrival the bathroom floor was wet ,and used towel had been left in the bath tub. Terrible lighting in room. One of the lights didn’t even work. Dated furniture. For a Hotel in central Bolton I expected more, especially considering the price we paid. I’ve been to better B&B. But the breakfast buffet was wonderful,plenty of options and variety. Polite staff.

Nice place to stay with comfortable, clean rooms and reasonably priced on-site restaurant. Salad bar a bit sparse on content. Good well-lit parking area and close to main amenities

We just visited this hotel with our u12s football team. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the whole stay was wonderfully handled by them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
