If there was an option to give zero star I definitely would. This medical surgery is ridiculous- to call and make an appointment for patients who have a history of cancer and are scared and worried you would need to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment and if you pass 9am you have to call the next day! Everyday is the same thing!!! How are you helping patients is my question because you clearly are NOT! I moved from my previous medical surgery because heard these guys are good but they are NOT! I am not impressed and I will be moving! You guys really need to sort your receptionists customer service- spend some money on training them how to actually care for patients on the phone rather than sounding like automated machines “you need to call at 8am to get an appointment on the day”!!!!
The reception staff is very good. Beauty and Sabha are very helpful ladies. But there is only one issue they charge for every letter even for kids' letters for school . Doctors are very helpful also Doc Z is a nice lady and helpful.
Staff are literally not helpful at all, You can only book an appointment between 8am -9am for that day and the appointments are booked so quickly. Honestly the worse Gp, wouldn’t recommend at all

REVISED REVIEW The good: practice has an internal complaint system which is responsive and the team are eager to learn how to make it better for patients. There is apparently an online system. The ugly: The reception staff are rude, there is always a delay, a phone call takes forever to get answered and worst of all you can't book an appointment until the following Monday- make the booking forms online!
Worst surgery ever!!!!! The staff doesn’t know what’s happening. They are giving patients same time for appointment. And when they can’t cope with it then they say come back next day because doctor doesn’t have time. Lady doctor ‘Z’ is the laziest doctor on this earth. She takes 30-40 mins with one patient and other’s have to wait for ages. She speaks so slow that you don’t even understand what’s she saying and she herself doesn’t know what to say to a patient. I have to attend one appointment for 4th time because she wasn’t clear about what’s happening. Even she failed to send my prescription to pharmacy and when I came to collect my medicine she said she didn’t signed it and then she signed the prescription and sent me to pharmacy. I had to wait 1 week for my medicine to come. And then I made another appointment for same cause she then said come back next day because she doesn’t have time. Then why she made my appointment. What’s the meaning of appointment when you can’t give your patient time. Wasted my 4 appointments. And if we miss appointment they send the message you have to pay. Who’s gonna pay me for taking day off for appointment which is never going to happen. SHUT THIS SURGERY FOREVER!!!!!!!!
The worst GP I have ever been to,the receptionist needs to be trained, would have given 0 if I could the manager tries to find reason to blame the patients. What a mess and we are paying for it. We deserve better.
Doctor Sandhu is very good guy he listened my problem very carefully and also gave solution for that. I appreciated his help
The administration staff are extremely incompetent, when we joined, they misplaced medical records repeatedly and I had to provide them 4 times. I should have known then not to proceed. Their record keeping is terrible, we moved and they couldn't provide basic records like immunisation batch numbers for over 2 weeks. Until I pointed out why those should be recorded as per basic admin standards for safety purposes. Now I have moved and advised them, they won't stopcalling me. Seriously considering changing my number only redeeming quality is some of the Dr's. Dr Selva who is amazing with kids.
Sometimes you guys absolutely deliver the best service . Thank you helping my mum . Your receptionist that day was amazing.. I wish all your team was equally helpful and empathic . Also please please now open your doors.. we have no restrictions yet you are not allowing physical.appts.
