Friendly place. Staff helped with a small situation which was awesome.
Great local bar, clean and plenty seating, not too pricey for a town centre pub. They have happy hour button on an evening sometimes too with various drinks offer, they also have a loyalty card. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. They have a pool table, darts board and a jukebox. This place does get very busy on Friday, Saturday evening though

Coldest and freshest pints going and more so cheaper than anywhere else around! Unique selection on gins too, great vibes and friendly staff. Visiting again tomorrow before the NUFC game as the atmosphere is great!
Go between 5-7 and get the rubbard+vanilla cocktail Linked to that sick bagel place in Heaton aswell so food is banging also
They do number of real ales as well as the usual Beer and Largers. They were a little short staffed when we called, and had to wait linger than we usually like. But its a pleasant enough pub.
Historic pub, recently refurbished but a bit out place surrounded by trendy bars. Beer is well presented unusual selection. Has darts and pool great for watching sports.
Great bar! Gets pretty busy especially during match days, but the beers are spot on and the price the same for a city centre boozer. Not a trendy place but a proper drinkers establishment.
Great people....great place and great beer... i love Newcastle...
