The Mushroom is Newcastle's number one great value, good times party bar! Open every night of the week 'til 2am (3am Fri/Sat night) playing the very best of chart, dance, cheese and RnB.

We serve only branded, premium quality drinks & spirits at great value every night of the week. Our Red Square vodka is 37.5% (just like it should be), our Jager is actually Jager and Monster is our energy drink of choice.

Great bar if you're a 5"5 female that doesn't mind getting floored by bouncers. I'll never go there again. I never have problems when I go out, it totally ruined my night.

Door men &bar staff need a good shake. After my friend &i repeatedly informed then that there was a major fight on the dance floor nothing was done. .does it take someone to actually be killed before they listen!?apparently that's just my opinion and was told to go home. How utterly PATHETIC.
Too crowded for me but it was quite a good fun
Not for those who like rnb/hip hop vibes, very much the opposite. But still fun with a crowd that has alot of energy
A decent place to start off pub crawling. Space is quite well maintained and decent music. Star off for small dance floor. A dress code applies to this pub so please ensure you have a good shoes and plain t-shirt. No sneakers or written TShirts.
Great vibe and pumped atmosphere! Full of energy!!
Complete dive, I'd say nip in for a cheap treble on a night out but to be honest it's not worth it Better options on Big Market just round the corner, save your shoes from getting sticky and avoid this place!
