Lovely local cinema that has had extensive upgrading over the last few years .nWe took my Grandson today who has extensive additional needs and the duty manager couldn't have been any more accommodating. It is nice to know that they try and cater for any eventualities .nWe will definitely be back again soon .nThe seats are so comfortablen we were in cinema 3 so not the largest cinema but the sound and picture quality was excellent.nA big thank you for making our visit much easier than we anticipated .nExcellent customer service and understanding of disabilities that may not be visible
Comfortable seats and good sight line. Beautiful building. Cheap prices midweek.nnOnly dropped a star as stairs to screen one are difficult to navigate for those with mobility challenges - I appreciate other screens more accessible.nnWould recommend.
Tickets booked and qued up bang on time for a popcorn bucket to be told they all sold out when realistically the staff have had them all in advance we got the first viewing and not one person has the limited edition bucket disgraceful.nAnd liars
Really nice, clean, refurbished cinema. Our first visit and we were in the smaller screen 4 but we really enjoyed it and will be back. Staff were friendly, seats were new and comfy and the old building has character. Great ticket prices too.nParking was close by and easy.
This was our first visit here as we were on holiday. A great find. Lovely Old cinema which is so rare these days. Fair prices and very comfy seats. Friendly helpful staff too. I wish we lived nearer, we would go more often to the cinema.nEasy parking just up the alleyway to the side. £3 for the evening.
