A cinema with plenty of character and excellent value. Each screen has traditional seating and once tickets have been purchased, you decide where you want to be seated. However, be careful as some seats can have partially obscured views of the screen. Popcorn and other treats are reasonably priced, especially when compared to other big brand cinemas.
This is a lovely old fashioned cinema reflected in the price, you are greeted by friendly staff and the sweet smell of popcorn, the toilets are extremely clean. There's parking to be found near by but it's easier to park in the evening. Leaving the cinema of an evening you go into the relatively quiet empty market place that has a nice safe atmosphere. A perfect evening!
It's a very homely and small cinema and a good alternative to going up to the Norwich 'plexes. The seats are OK if the film is not more than 2 hours long! and the prices relatively cheap. Free and unlimited parking in the Market Place too in the evening. Can get further price discount with membership card. Never have a problem getting in!
Quaint local cinema...located on the edge of market car park which is not available on Tuesdays as its market day. However other local parking is available . 3 screens , good selection of snacks, clean toilets, pleasant staff and shows all new films. Great for families, it is small so can get busy at peak times.
I wish people used this cinema more often as otherwise it might close down! Highly recommended - it's so refreshing to be watching a film in an old school theatre rather than one of these freezing cold mega screen places you find everywhere else. Really reasonable prices for movie tickets and snacks.
Lovely little cinema, reasonable prices and extremely friendly, helpful staff. My ONLY gripe is that the hole at the bottom of the drinks holders on the seat is so big that the smaller sized drinks available will fall straight through to the floor!
Great to have a cheap, local cinema. Seats are good... But there was an odd, stale food smell in the small screen 2 and really annoying noise pollution from either other screens or the pub below.
There's nothing high quality here when it comes to picture and sound but it's convenient to watch latest films if you don't want to travel to Norwich. Note to cinema Please please do something about the speakers in the big screen room. They are so blown the slightest bit of bass and they can't handle it.
Small comfortable local cinema. Comfy seats - 3 screens. Location good on the Market Square. Car parking nearby. Small kiosk offering limited fayre but adequate
What more do you want in life than a cinema within walking distance of your home? Digital projection, great sounds, and let's be honest, easy to find screenings with few people in there a few weeks after release. I watched Deadpool in an empty cinema. Fine it's not normally like that on weekends, but there's great, friendly staff, and the joy of not having to pay inflated city centre prices makes me go far more than I would otherwise..
