A good cinema experience. Everything you expect is there. I was in the VIP section which was only a little more expensive than a standard seat and gives you a more comfortable fixed seat with armrests and a little more legroom. If you park at the Castle Mall car park you can get your ticket validated so parking is free.

Honestly the only reason to go here is the price. The website is an absolute JOKE. It took 40 minutes to book my tickets!!! The staff at the tills were working their hardest but it was clear that the whole layout made it impossible to be fast. After getting concessions, we had to wait for a couple minutes for the screen to be ready, which is not too much of a bother. Then the seats. My god. The seats are so god damn uncomfortable and tight, they hurt your legs and back, especially in a longer movie. The very low location of the cup holders means you are constantly brushing the leg of the person next to you to get a drink. It's worth paying nearly twice the price for Odeon, just for the ease.

Great cinema. What would make it 5 stars was if it had heating 🙃 just been to see Black Panther and have come out of there frozen..... good job I had plenty of layers on

Great value tickets, reasonable value food and drink when bought as a package, but ice cream tubs have dramatically reduced in size now. Clean and well presented cinema with great 4k screens and sound with some good staff.

I have been there watching 3D Ready Player, the screen and picture and speakers are great. And the price is reasonable.
