Communication was brilliant, great value for money. Room was very clean. Only advice would be to replace mattresses as not very comfy

Great venue for stag and hen parties. Clean and basics provided for. Would be 5 star if mattresses were comfortable and ironing board/iron provided in room.

We arrived after deciding on a spontaneous night out! The hotel is most definitely budget but it served us well! The room was reasonable as well as the end suite utilities.

Staff went out of the way to help, other guests were friendly and respectful of our small children regardless of their stag weekend, Thanks lads

Awful!! We booked through expedia and on arrival the female owner gave us the rudest reception experienced in 40 years of traveling and we were powerless in the situation as at 6pm , after a long day on the road, we were all very tired. There was a problem in that we booked 2 multi bunk rooms and the 2 very young children were not shown on the booking however the male owner then 'did us a favour to show how kind he was considering it was not his fault,' and for an extra 40 pounds cash we ended up paying nearly 200 pounds for one night for basic bunk beds in a cheap, uncomfortable but clean place. Outrageous and never forgotten.
Don't ever go there.
