Bournemouth doesn’t have the best selection of hotel/spas in the town centre, but that definitely doesn’t mean you should go here. I came not long after it opened and it was a better then but I’ll outline some of the things I really disliked this time we were on a spa morning with afternoon tea- did ask for the light lunch but the receptionist couldn’t put that in.nThe spa is filthy, I don’t think it’s had a deep clean since it opened I’ve attached pictures of the headrests on the seats -all 3 were like this and the gunk beneath the sauna and in the gaps of the seats.nAdded to that the sandwiches were stale and the selection was horrible - welcome to the grated cheese and tomato sauce needless to say we didn’t eat it and the waiters didn’t ask - let’s be honest they know it’s a crime against afternoon tea as much as we do!nThe scones and cakes seem a little better will take them home and have them after I’ve made myself some half edible sandwiches.nBut overall save yourself the money, there are much better places to swim and eat in Bournemouth

Love a Hilton hotel! Bounemouth is in a great location to what ever you have planned. Our room on this occasion over looked the rear, which was a bit of a let down! The rooms on the front of the hotel are the best! Even though ours cost a bit more. Staff are always helpful and polite but the bar is not staffed, so you have to wait for one to come serve you, no matter day or night, it seemed. Drinks and food faultless.
A lovely modern hotel with great rooms, reasonably priced bars and a great breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Didn’t use the gym or spa onsite but colleagues did and loved it. Will be staying here in future for business again!
The rooftop bar here is absolutely beautiful. We sat outside for hours enjoying drinks. The atmosphere calm, peaceful, and able to see the gorgeous views of Bournemouth. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. It's expensive indeed, but worth it for a little treat and great service
