Started great, walked up to the outside, can see a lovely restaurant, order walk in and the reception looks nice with a wonderful bar and lounge opposite. Got to the lift and it all went downhill from there. The floors are creaky, the lift feels like it could break at any moment, the room had plasterboard literally falling off the walls. Had a plug socket coming away from the wall which in turn made any plug overheat, it felt as if we had been put in the storage closet with the size of the room. Double wardrobe, a big desk, with an uncomfortable bed at best. Staff don't seem to know how to smile, hospitality is lost on these people and that shows from minute one.

Wonderful staff, shame about the hotel. Room needs some level of refurbishment. Bathroom very inadequate. Had to go to hotel next door as problem with boiler So no hot water. Pillows were of the lowest quality possible. Owners should be ashamed. If I had paid the full price for our stay, would have wanted money back. Just had breakfast one morning, it was terrible. Will not be returning.

Lovely friendly staff could not be more helpful Hotel perfectly situated with good sea views Family room was great size decor a bit dated but bear with it it's a lovely hotel. Food very good and plenty of it to eat in the bar area. Will def stay again and recommend

One of the worse hotel we have ever been. The customer service is absolutely awful, unprofessional and very poor. When we made the booking initially online we put our preferences and selected the room but when we came down here we were given a cheap, low standard room. We spoke to the staff and she said they haven’t got rooms then later on there came other staff and asked us to pay extra to change the room. We told them to ask check our preferences but they didn’t bother, my partner was stressed already and paid the extra amount for the as he didn’t want to spoil the holiday mood. The other room was horrible too, broken wardrobe door, no lock on the door knob from inside to lock the door and had issues with heating. Complained about heating nothing was done. The worst thing I was shocked about was the room service, for three nights the cleaner didn’t change the sheets, they were just flipping or tossing them upside down, went and spoke to manager. I found out it was same sheet coz there was some orange spot on the sheet when we came to the room and was observing it, they never changed it. Three nights and four days stay here was, is and will be very disappointing. I don’t know why I on earth I chose this place to be for my first anniversary, they spoiled my first anniversary celebrations too can’t even tell in words how they managed to spoil. I am basically very calm going and don’t like stress and been to several hotels but this one did drive me mad 😡.

Clean hotel, does need an update in some areas. Rooms of a good size, no power sockets near to beds, all by the TV. We had a wonderful weekend though. All staff v helpful. Food was of a good standard. May need to extend continental range fir breakfast. Bar Tills for staff look complicated and added time to service. Expensive soft drinks as well, £2.40 for a can of sprite. Maid service very good. Hotel when offering 2 for 1 drinks should just serve it and not write it on notepaper for later. Judt little moans on what is essentially a nice hotel.
