Near the seafront at Boscombe, walkable to shops and amenities through rear gardens was the highlight - not the hotel. Desperately needs updating (think faulty towers!) and the pool / spa facilities beyond tired. No towels when arrived. Requested ice bucket and glasses on check in, which never arrived. Difficult to get through on phone to reception, went down to find unmanned reception. Shower problems in room, took 3 hours to send someone in. This was a last minute booking but a high price for the room and service we were given.

3 star hotel in a nice location near Boscombe beach. Have been going to this hotel for nine years. Food has greatly improved. Hotel is only open for a limited period in the year.

Wonderful facilities and brilliant restaurant in magnificent gardens with soft play for children, spa for adults. Such a shame the toilet was broken and not fixed despite being reported several times. Don't pay for sea view upgrade as main building and landscape obscure view.

Great location and accommodating staff. Few issues with the room that were dealt with promptly. Great facilities (pool and soft play) and very kid friendly. Recommended

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful grounds, an ideal location to relax and unwind. Lovely staff to attend to your needs.
