Loved our stay here in a family room chalet for the three of us adults. The pool was mostly quiet and heated with good changing facilities. The breakfast was very good with options for vegetarian sausages! Room service was fast and professional. All of the staff on the front desk and throughout the hotel were very responsive to anything we'd ask. Although very sturdy equipment and facilities, some updating would be required for a 5* but not much at all. Location was excellent, just a 25 minute walk into town or 4 minute drive.
Was overall a decent stay. We had some problems with the bed as we found the double bed too small. There was also no air con in the standard size rooms. We also found it difficult to open the windows because of wasps nearby. But the staff were very friendly and courteous : Thank you to the bar staff/ waitresses who served us !! Location was also great near a beach that wasn’t too busy which was perfect.
A decent hotel that is a few minutes from beach by car. It also has a nice heated indoor pool. So why 2 stars off? 1 The bed is the worst I had ever attempted to sleep on. It is so bouncy, it felt like being on a trampoline! The bed is also a bit small for two grown ups! 2 The house keeping did not clean room. It seemed they forgot! With that said, the staff was very friendly. Overall decent hotel as long as you bring your own mattress!
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The evening meal was delicious and good value. The bar staff were attentive, polite and friendly. We enjoyed the lovely surroundings in the restaurant and bar lounge area. We were very pleased with the upgrade from a standard double to executive double room without even asking.
Just spent a lovely weekend celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. It was just perfect. The location of the hotel was great, it was spotless. The staff at this Hotel were extremely hard working, friendly and all had first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was superb. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely go back.
We spent a week at this hotel. A walk to the beach and town, but up hill on the way back! So you are warned! ! Not for the faint hearted. Hotel was comfortable. Tea, coffee in room. Staff friendly and helpful, but did need reminding at times to clear plates at breakfast. A minus is weak shower pressure. I am sure it could be fixed if so bit of money is spent on it. Good breakfasts.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful reception staff. Restaurant staff very busy but always pleasant. Room was well set out and very clean. Only downfall was the immense difference in quality and portion size between dinners presented on two different evenings.
Had a fantastic 'Winter Sales' here for 3 nights in a single room. Rang the hotel for a quiet room, and 2 minutes later got a call back from Sabrina to say it's sorted. Very polite and professional staff in all department throughout my stay. There will always be residual noises in hotels whether new or old, so good ear plugs recommended for peaceful sleep. The large pool there is a bonus, although in a separate building. The hot and cold breakfast included with my room is of high quality and plentiful served in the large restaurant on ground level. Very clean, efficient and within 5 minutes walk to local amenities and beach. I would stay here again. Guests should respect others by minimising their noise level for everyone to enjoy their stay.
Excellent stay at this hotel, I can't fault it. We stayed 1 night for our anniversary in the superior room. Comfortable king size bed and lovely balcony. Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and good quality, next time we will try eating lunch or dinner there.Lovely warm swimming pool and very clean will plenty of lockers and showers. We will be staying there again
Breakfast good. Rooms good. We had to call reception about a flood from the man in the room above us overflowing the bath. While I appreciate that this was not the hotel fault, nothing was done for 24 hours. I asked for a mop and bucket but the woman staff on reception could not understand the request in English. When we mentioned concern that the light fitting was full of water and arcing, there was a 24 hour wait. The manager finally attended to it but dangerously not killing the power.
