I absolutely loved my shopping experience here. It can be a bit stressful trying on loads of styles, and I was a bit nervous but Annabelle made it a fun and enjoyable experience. I had the best wedding day and loved the way Annabelle helped me alter the style of the dress to suit me and tailor it to my needs. Thanks to the alterations team also! Would highly recommend this store.
Had a great experience watching the bride trying on dresses! Sophie was a great help and she walked us through the whole showroom giving us great detail in the designers and dresses. Very friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up finding THE dress! Lots of styles available and a huge area for bridemaids dresses too. Super happy we came to this store. Would definitely recommend any bride to come to this store!
Shelly was really helpful from the get go, I’m getting married next month so was advised to get something off the rack so Shelly managed to find things in my size and explain different processes for different dresses. Sabrina was super helpful and helped me find a dress! Around half way through my appointment she came in and showed me some more suitable options, and how to accessorise. I can’t remember the alteration person, but she explained all the alterations and how to make it easier to walk in. I’m going to be honest, I said to everyone “I like this the most”, I didn’t love the dress and felt pressured into buying a dress. Edit: I had second thoughts on the dress and tried to call to cancel the order the day after, not even 24 hours later. I was told I could refund up to 7 days, so needed to go in to store to get a refund. Upon asking for my refund I was told I could not refund as it was in alterations. I did ask what alterations have happened since start of day because I called and asked if I could refund and there was no mention. They could not give me an answer on what they had started to alter - so I am stuck thinking what they could have possibly done in such a short amount of time, and why we were not told this was not refundable after we agreed on some minimal alterations. I am not impressed with this shop. This last interactions was with Leonie the apparent manager and Midaal, of which when I left the shop and started to have a panic attack, they closed the doors so they didn’t have to hear me stress out. This level of customer service post-sale is absolutely abysmal and does not deserve my original praise when buying the dress.
I had a lovely experience and I found THE dress! All thanks to Mihaela’s expert advise, help and also patience! It was really helpful to be guided through the process and being able to take my time to find the right dress. I couldn’t be happier! Mihaela also helped us find a dress for my bridesmaid! So very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our choices. I truly recommend!
I had the most amazing time trying on dresses! The girls were utterly amazing and many thanks to both Kyla my stylist who helped me choose the one and to the lovely seamstress who will be doing the alterations! Thank you so much for all the help! And another thanks to Amie the manager there for being so kind! Highly recommend going to this store!
I was a bit late for my appointment due to motorway traffic but I was still welcomed with no issues. My First dress fitting with Shelley. I explained I don’t wear dresses and was a bit uncomfortable trying on dresses. She had great energy and made me feel comfortable immediately. She even managed to get me in things well out of my comfort zone. She knew exactly what I was picturing when I explained the venue. I left feeling really happy with my experience and didn’t hesitate to rebook the following week to try on my favourite dress and a few more. Highly recommend David’s bridal.
We had such a good experience here at the weekend. Went for bridesmaids dresses. Our consultant Freya was helpful for all four of us, showing us all different dresses in the colour we’d decided on. She was really knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process even more fun. We found some beautiful dresses in the end and got them ordered no problem. Dresses to fit and flatter all body types, short, tall, small and large and so it was really easy to find ‘the one’. The shop was super busy but it all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this! Thanks Freya and David’s Bridal.
I just wanted to come on here to say a huge thank you to Gracie for being a huge help to me in store today. She made the experience of getting my prom dress really enjoyable and her energy had definitely rubbed off on me fuelled my excitement for prom even more. She was honest and really made me feel good about myself, giving me compliments at any given moment. So again, thank you Gracie!!
We went to David's Bridal Watford to look for bridesmaids dresses towards closing time on a Sunday, without an appointment. This was after months of failing to find a suitable bridesmaid dress elsewhere. When we arrived, we were kindly assisted by Leona. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, listening to our situation and preferences, giving useful advice and helping us to find several suitable bridesmaid dress options that we all really liked. Leona and Shelley allowed me to try the dresses on without an appointment, made me feel very comfortable doing so, and even stayed late to offer good advice and answer all of our questions. We will be back with an appointment and the full bridal party to try on and purchase our bridesmaids dresses in the near future and will definitely be requesting Leona. 5-star customer service and a great store.
Davids bridal were absolutely amazing the staff were super friendly and engaging. It started with mitalee who kindly led us to Shelly and Asharna who continued helping us at every step of our shopping adventure. We finally found the perfect pair of shoes for the wedding. Thanks all!
