Leon was so helpful throughout this whole process! He came out to us and brought lots of samples and was super helpful. We’re thrilled with final look!

I have used S and L Carpets a few times and after the most recent transaction, I feel I must write a review to recommend them. Leon in the shop and Adrian the fitter, are both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and skilful.  The products are good quality and well priced. They fitted both carpet and vinyl flooring. The end result looks stunning. I  certainly recommend their services to you and I would be happy to use them again.

When you try and support a local company and they don’t answer the phone, don’t open within their advertised opening hours, can’t supply the goods ordered, can’t send out samples and they have a hole in their showroom roof and stock littered on the floor…….3 months later you think it’s time to go back to the chain.  Extra star for Leon being very good.

Very unprofessional guy at the store, Leon. Reached out to make an order for floor carpet, hanged up and promised to call back a couple of times. Did not bother to call back, I made an effort to physically visit the shop, even still pretended to place my order which I’m sure did not happen. Waited a week later without reply. Clearly did not want to sell to me.

One word... INCREDIBLE! I was simply blown away by the service I received from S and L Carpets. We needed new carpet on our stairs and in the hallway, Leon and Adrian were efficient and lovely to do business with, Leon showed us a load of samples and was very patient. Adrian, what a gent, the fitting was completed in a mere few hours and then I got on with my day. Would wholeheartedly recommend using them! I never normally leave reviews, but with the service I received I thought it rude not to.

The service at S and L is exceptional.  Great family run business. I needed my lounge doing and had been referred by a friend. Leon at the Bushey store was beyond helpful, explaining my carpet options in detail and organising measurement and fitting very efficiently. The fitter Adrian was a lovely guy and did the job beautifully. Will definitely be recommending to others and using again in the future :

It's always lovely to employ a family business and no family is as lovely as the Saragoussi's.My parents and family members had all used their services and told me I had to come here for carpet so off I went.  From the moment I entered the shop I knew we would be well looked after. Leon instantly understood our needs and budget and was quick to recommend some great samples - he even allowed me to take them home and hold on for them for as long as we needed.  Once we'd decided, S&L were quick to get the order in and arrange for an efficient fitting.  Adrian was polite and hardworking and it felt like he had only just arrived when he started packing up his things again. We had our lounge down with carpet and our kitchen fitted with wood. The only thing changed was we now had lovely soft carpet and a new friend.  We're so happy with our carpet and can't recommend this family owned business enough.  From One happy customer

Outstanding service at a competitive price. They supplied excellent bedroom and study carpets, which they fitted quickly and very efficiently.

I’ve used S and L twice now. I had carpet on my stairs fitted and then my Father had his house done. I must say the service was tremendous. From day one, Leon who runs the Bushey store was helpful, friendly and efficient. Adrian did a fantastic job and the quality is second to none. I won’t be looking any further if I need carpet or flooring. A great family business. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Quality, Outstanding Service, Outstanding Value. I have used S&L on a number of occasions over the last year, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They start as they mean to continue and their approach pre and post sales, leaves you confident that if there is anything that needs addressing or if you need any help - Leon and his team are ALWAYS there.  The quality of their products, the install and tidiness of the team are the best I have seen.
