First time I have ever used the Online order / collect in-store service,nIt was so fast and easy!nI waited 5 mins for my parcel in store and was in and out within 10 mins!nExcellent service!nI can highly recommend.
Really bad service. Closing tills at 630pm and making customers wait. Closing tills early to cash up so they can go home on time. We customers, also want to shop and leave. We were just waiting and waiting like lemons. The Manager was not mamaging the situation at all!
An absolute joke of a service. Only went in for Shoes. Ordered but receipt shown completely different address. Incompetent staff, Rude staff, Disgraceful. Will never return here ever again, Would rather wear torn shoes than shop with this store again.

So all I wanted was a pair of shorts, Habil who served one customer before he was supposed to serve us just disappeared. Asked someone else to serve then was informed 2 people off sick.nnI work in retail. I know how this works.nnI left the shorts an walked out. Slower than christmas. Don't know what else to say other than, don't employ people who cannot do their jobs...
