At the beginning of the COVID shopping madness, when certain supplies were limited, they kept a portion of everything sanitiser/wipes/toilet paper/masks and made up little care packages for elderly and vulnerable customers, who couldn't get this stuff in the big shops. Really impressed with that. I *think* they were giving them away too, but could be wrong
