The staff are appauling. Three members of staff and not one of them had a clue, including the manager. Not only did they sell me the wrong shoes for my Twin babys, they messed up sizing, ordering, payments and attitude towards customers is shocking. Id pick another store if you expect a successful trip with Clarks
The lady who served us was very nice, but it was busy in the kids section and the manageress spent the entire 30 minutes we were waiting staring at the iPad at the front of the shop rather than acknowledging the queue of waiting customers.
Visited on Saturday and had a lengthy wait and rushed experience. Visiting at 5pm on a Weds was a definate bonus; super quiet!! We had a broken pair of school shoes, which were returned and exchanged dut to a faulty zip. I had the receipt with me, so was no problem.
We went to get my granddaughter her first pair of shoes. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great experience all round. Thank you.
Visited watford clarks on Sunday looking for some new footwear & was served by Muhammed. He had great patience, customer service skills & helped me with all my needs in finding the correct shoe for me. Cheers mate, God bless :
This is one of the best Clarks store in Herefordshire. Not the largest but very attentive customer service. We were greeted the moment we stepped in the shop and we managed to get the sizes we wanted.
I went along at a busy time just after Christmas. Good customer service. But did not have a replacement for a gift perchased before Christmas disappointingly.
Very full at the end of half term. Two/three assistants were overwhelmed. The manageress just stood at the door of the shop with her iPad. Not a manager.
Very helpful staff. Best place for kids shoes. Black Friday sales started already. Nov 22
Visited for some school shoes for my little one as have always purchased Clarks shoes due to the comfort, fitting and quality and hope i spell this right sienna the sales assistant couldn't have been more patient and helpful, a credit to the store. Thankyou
