A big store on four levels with a cafe too . A really extensive range . It is situated within a decent shopping centre too .

I was hoping for a bra fitting today in M&S but I hadn’t booked in advance. I tried to sort out which size it needed, but wasn’t doing well. Thankfully Emily, one of the fitters, spotted me looking a bit lost & she had a bit of time between fittings. She offered to help. Emily was professional & extremely helpful, sorting out which sizes in which bra styles would work for me. All credit to Emily, she was excellent!

Clothing departments cluttered, no staff other than behind till, drab shop front looking unfinished. Not the M and S I once knew. Behind the till looked like the hoover vacuum bag disposal area. I can't believe senior management can't see this. The store manager needs training (or take an intetest) in how to get the small shop floor jobs done that make a big impression. I needed suits, ties and shirts. Went to JL instead. Same guy in menswear from 2 years ago. Brilliant. I really won't bother again with M and S Watford. Reduce your choice, refit the worn out clothing stands, sort your merchandising out and give it some flair and most of all employ some sales people who can actually sell!

I went to Marks and Spencer Watford this morning at 8am. There was such a lot to choose from so I asked Ranjit for her assistance. I explained to her what I wanted, she knew the range so well that within half an hour I had purchased a suit together with other accessories. She is a credit to your store.
