Lovely place. Loved it so much, I proposed here. The team was very helpful in setting that up as well. I have never had a bad experience here since its opening. Glad to see they have a variety of foods that can be taken into the screen rooms aside the basic popcorn. The 2 for 1 deals on Tuesdays are very easy to redeem, no hassle.
I absolutely love the Light Cinema in Walsall. There are good variety of films and other screened events including National Theatre Live! Their pizzas are fresh made in front of you! they have a great drinks selection including some really good wines. The staff are super-helpful and friendly. They also do something called an Infinity Card, where you pay an amount each month and go to see as many films as you like.
I always have a positive experience when I visit here. With plenty of parking directly outside the cinema, it is easy enough to travel to. Staff are always very friendly and the place is kept very clean. There is a good variety of snacks and drinks available, and all at a reasonable price. Screens are all good sizes, and with comfortable seating.
Lovely cinema with friendly staff that love talking about films! You can get popcorn, hotdogs, nachos, sweets, drinks. Last 3 films we even got a poster . Plenty of parking outside cinema and over the road at The Wharf.
This place is excellent, however the service is what takes it from a 4 to a 5 star. All the staff are so helpful and always in a great mood. The pizza is great and you can take it in with you too, which is a lot quieter than a bag of crisps well done the light for hiring fab people
The staff here are by far the best staff I've come across at any cinema. Very helpful and do their job with a smile on their face. Nice selection of snacks and food. Also nice and clean. Definitely going here again.
Love the Light, staff are very friendly, screens are clean, plenty of room in the comfy seats. It is a cashless cinema, no problem for me Always book tickets online before attending, you can choose your seats. Just scan the QR code on the email confirmation for access to the screen. Fully licensed also
Close to town centre. Nice staff members. Toilets need sorting out more often. Some don't work, no toilet paper and 2 hand dryers so there is a queue to dry your hands. Not really the venues fault but I think staff should pop in during the movie to check visitors. People on their phones, Someone videocalling their mother on full brightness and volume, other random stuff.
The cinema itself and accompanying bar are great, no issues here. A decent range of food is available from stuff to take into the movie with you, popcorn etc, right through to a restaurant where you can have a sit down meal should you wish. My only real issue was with the car parking facilities. There's plenty of space in the car park, but trying to pay for it using a card was an exercise in frustration. I attempted to pay for parking three times, using two separate machines, neither of these would allow me to pay on card, they simply wouldn't connect to the network, and ultimately timed out. I ended up moving my car to another car park, hardly ideal. Would've given 5 stars but for the dodgy parking payment facilities.
