Screen one, was super hot, never been to a cinema and sauna at the same time. Think I lost 2 stone in weight. Screen was smaller then my TV at home. It probably shrunk because of the heat. There is mold on the ceiling and the seats are ripped to pieces, looks like a horror film, unless you want to scare your kids to death and like the silent hill look, this place is for you. And just to top it off, it smelt like an old grandma's house. Luckily it was a special deal on the tickets otherwise I would of asked for my money back as the sweat pouring off me made me feel like I just finished swimming for the Olympics. Won't be coming back here again as I can't afford to loose any more weight. Would not recommend this cinema to anyone else. Now I will be busy getting the lice out of hair thanks to the ichty chairs, thanks the reel.
It's an ok place. If you want cheap and to hear other movies playing whilst you're watching yours, then great.nFreezing cold in there. I suggest thermals.nIt was a very long walk to theatre 4, disabled access was locked.nPersonal service to book tickets was perfect. You don't get that in big cinemas. I loved that part of it.nProbably will go again but will dress for it.
A lot cheaper than the big named cinemas. Clean, warm and plenty of various food and drinks on offer. Haven't been here in over 40 years! Glad to see it's still going. Will definitely come again.
Very kind staff and a nice community feel. Affordable price and a good selection of food and drinks. It would have been nice if the popcorn was hot but we were there on a weekday so they might not have been expecting many people.
Tickets here are very cheap by today's standards, but you get what you pay for. The screen and the sound aren't great, I've actually left after some action movies thinking I'll want to watch them again at home with a better sound set up. Seats are comfortable enough. There's parking but it's very cramped so it's best to get there early. Despite refurbs it still looks very dated, but for an old timer like me, that adds nostalgic value.
