Watched Black Panther which was brilliant. Had the recliner chairs and a very comfortable experience. The popcorn though was no where near sweet enough, almost the entire box was plain unsweetened corn. Definately not worth the £10 in paid for it with a drink.
Lobby was clean and tidy, toilets were not. Half of them had no locks and definitely needed a good clean. We were in screen 6 which has recliners and it was so cold. Normally had good experience before covid. Won't be going back in a hurry.
Great place to take my son each time a new Marvel film comes out.. all in all ..you get what you pay for ...get your treats...sit down watch your film happy days....
OMG I couldn't believe they're charging £16 yes, SIXTEEN POUNDS to see a film . . . and no Concessions. OK the reclining seat was comfortable but I'm afraid it certainly doesn't justify the extortionate price tag. I definitely won't be going back to an Odeon cinema any time soon.
Haven't been for a while but after seeing ticket prices and the film being ruined by having subtitles visible the whole time probably won't be returning. I understand some customers would benefit from subtitles but it would be nice to know which viewings have them and which don't
Went there last week with my Wife and elderly stepdad, unfortunately my stepdad had a nasty fall and had to have the paramedics out. All the staff were amazing and comforting at a worrying time. One person in particular stood out, this was Vijay. He was the first to come to our aid and stayed with us up until we left in the ambulance, even ensuring we could return again for free to watch the film as we didn’t make it into the screen. Thank you to all the staff, we will try again this weekend.
Unbelievable. At £16 pound a ticket and that's only for a standard seat I'd expect there to be food/ a drink included. Extortion at its most blatant, especially considering other companies namely Vue manage to show the same films for a quarter the price. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend.
Had the best reclining seats , nachos / cheese sauce, sound just right , nice staff , just so comfy
Visited to watch Lyle Lyle crocodile very nice staff good range of snacks clean and tidy comfortable seating great time with my 4 year old
Great place to visit and chill out and watch a great movies, All Staff is very friendly and helpful, they are very happy to help or assist you and guide you. Food and drinks are available as your request. Inside the hall is very good and very clean, with nice and wide seating area , so really enjoyed our visit to Odeon Dudley. Surely will visit again soon. Also the car parking is right outside and it's free parking all around, if you have some extra time then there is plenty of shops and eating joints around, so you can make as a full day out.
