Good cinema, seats are comfortable and have plenty of leg room. On the whole it’s usually clean, but have been a couple of times when the floor has been sticky presumably when drinks have been spilled and not cleared up properly. Staff are always very friendly. Parking is close by and free for 3 hours.

Nice cinema, all the screen halls are fitted with comfortable and wide seats. They offer a reasonably priced selection of drinks and snacks. I mostly appreciate the fact that you can book your seat with your reservation, so you don't have to run and rush to catch a good one.

Have been going here for years and haven't been for a while. I always thought this was a great cinema, however ONE thing has changed and it's one of the most important factors in my viewing experience. That change are THE SEATS. They have replaced the comfy, spacious ones for bolt upright bucket seats which, although well padded are EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It's like sitting forward on a roller coaster seat with no lumbar support. Now that Vue Newcastle Under Lyme have set the bar with electric leather recliners for standard price, nothing comes close. The staff at Broad Street are always excellent and the screens are large with fairly good sound and projection but if your back is ruined after a visit, what's the point. Really disappointed.

A great cinema with many screens, including multiple IMAX ones. The multistorey car park is conveniently located nearby and is free if you get your ticket validated. Would definitely recommend!

The screens here aren't bad, the popcorn is fine and the seating is fairly comfortable. The Nacho's on the other hand, are a disgrace. The "Cheese" that they serve with it, tasted like vinegar... so much so, it had us looking for the sell by date. Genuinely ruined the entire trip they were so dreadful. Never again, go to Odeon.
