Good IMAX experience watching Superman on 13/07/25 at 13:20. Although my nachos were mostly crumbs so rather expensive to throw away. The lad who served us was quiet and couldn't hear him over the really loud music in the foyer area. He was also rather miserable, so not a warm welcome. Clearly hates his job.nnThe guy scanning tickets was nice a polite. The two that came to clean the screen were also rather miserable and didn't thank anyone for coming or even bring down their rubbish. Next time I won't bother.nnThere was also popcorn on one of the seats when we went in. So clearly wasn't cleaned very well.nnAlthough the screen wasn't overly cold and didn't feel like there was air conditioning. Others in my party were struggling with the heat.nEdit: I now see there is an update about the heat in the screens on the website although we did not know about this at the time. Maybe the person at the gate should let customers know about this.nnJust missing the big screen entertainment and experience to make it an excellent customer experience.
I have been to this Cineworld very often and also have a membership. The movie experience is absolutely good.nRecently during one of my visit to this cinema I thought I would get something for myself to drink and I wanted a hot drink. When I checked at the beverage counter inside cineworld I was told they do not serve any hot drinks. I even asked them why would they have the list of hot drinks in the menu and the staff there told me they never served one and instead told me I could get something from Starbucks instead .nI don’t understand then why in the world do they have a menu with a price list with hot drinks in it. A member of staff isn’t even aware of what they have in their menu.
Went to watch an IMAX film and the focus was completely off. They said they were trying to fix it so we stayed to watch. Come to find out, there was absolutely no way to fix it once a film had begun. If they had been honest we would not have stayed. Instead of offering everyone vouchers there were only 20 or so people in the audience for such a disappointing experience, we had to ask for compensation ourselves. Some left without. Even then the employee wanted to give us 2 vouchers and was hesitant to give us 4 vouchers for the 4 of us watching the film. Terrible customer service.
an unreal experience. went to watch how to train your dragon 4D and it was amazing, it felt like another universe. i would never usually justify spending so much on a cinema ticket but for that movie it was worth it!
The film was good. The staff were nice and polite. As with most cinemas, ticket prices were reasonable, but food and drink were pretty extortionate. A perfectly reasonable cinema experience.
