Locals…students… LGBTQ+… just everybody!!And let’s not forget the little pooches! They’re all welcome as well! The pub dogs Henry, Gladys and Frank are always looking to make new friends!There’s a big TV to watch whatever is on and a massive projector screen to watch big events like the World Cup!We have some games and a pool table to help keep you entertained. Very welcoming pub. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely comfy chairs to sit and chill in. Anyone taking their dog for a walk and fancying a pint, you and your pooch will be made more than welcome. Lovely outside space too to sit out in the summer. I highly recommend a visit.
Excellent pint with outstanding service! Cosy pub with decent outside seating area which will be an absolute sun trap in warmer weather. Well worth a visit and the resident pub dogs make the whole experience even better!
Went for breakfast. Food left in hot hold for god knows how long. Eggs dried out completely, sausages burnt, bacon raw and covered in grease, bread frozen and difficult to pull apart. Only decent thing was the orange juice because it came out of a carton. At least the one constant of the hole in the wall is you will always leave disappointed. Got a refund and left. Avoid.

one of the best pubs in nottingham, pool table that costs £1 and a happy hour that lasts a while, definitely worth visiting
A lovely hidden gem - this pub has recently bern given the TLC it needs. I’ve been quite a few times since the new owners took over and I’ve always had a lovely visit. They have a good selection of cask and spirits to suit all tastes. Can’t wait to see them go from strength to strength!
Been refurbished since we last went in a few years ago. Looks nice, clean and tidy now. Good selection of drinks and friendly staff. This place has never been busy which is strange being right in the middle of studentville! Always worth a visit though and we will be back

A great little pub that has had a fresh refurb and new management. Highly recommend the beer selection and the pool service. Student & lgbt+ friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit!
Not been in for while, noticed loads of work being done on the inside. Was tempted inside and surprised, seems a lot cleaner than before. Freshly painted and a more pub feel now.
