First time visiting Eaton Farm even though have lives in the area for a long while. Despite a few food supplier problems I settled on Scampi & Chips, a firm favourite of mine although requested mash instead of chips. My order was taken swiftly and professionally and immediately seated and made to feel welcome. The food arrived in good time and was cooked to a good standard. The whole meal was very nice and I would highly recommend Eaton Farm to anyone. I myself will definitely come again for drinks / food. The carvery looked nice too from what I saw. Special mention to Chloe who provided first class customer service. Very professional throughout and a pleasure to talk to!
Just a friendly service's and the food is great. Had the carvery, such good value for money and all very tasty. Decor is a bit dated, but the staff make up with the friendly service's.
Grabbed a quick lunch here. Massive compliments on the customer service. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we was really looked after. The food was amazing. In the photos was the festive brie burger which was so good. All the large Carvery which comes with a huge yorkshire pudding. Prices was very good. Definitely worth a visit.
Friendly helpful staff always busy keeping busy. Nice carvery, unfortunately run out of mixed grills which I don’t understand but never mind. Nice choice of seating and tables, basically it’s a well established place to eat and drink, nothing fancy but certainly not anything horrible 3/5
Called in here as my mobility is poor and the walk to find the local supermarket priced too far. Just a hot drink and rest my hips before continuing home was my plan. However, I timed it badly. It was lunchtime, and it was busy considering it was midweek. I stood waiting at the bar as the one lady was loading the electronic system with 2 ladies meals & drinks. It took an age, by which time I just needed to get off my hips, so left to continue my walk to my home. I've only just moved in to the area, so all distances are guesswork. I will try the pub again another day as it clearly is popular and I like to occasionally dine out, even for a snack as a treat and a change
We’ve been here twice now and the car very is so good!!! The meat choices both times were Turkey, Beef and Glazed Gammon and all of them are super juicy and gorgeous!! The pigs in blankets were delicious and so were the Yorkshire puddings!! For the sides there were multiple options of Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Potatoes, Dauphinois Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Veg, Peas and many more.. Both times there’s been a variety of sauces to choose from including gravy, mint sauce, mustard, apple sauce and cranberry sauce etc The staff were super friendly and the whole place gave of a warm environment, we will definitely return here again
We have been visiting regularly for Sunday lunch and having received an email to receive a 1/3rd of main meals and because it was our wedding anniversary we decided to call for an evening meal. We were greeted promptly and shown to a nice table for 2 with plenty of room to feel comfortable. We chose rump steak and surf and turf and after a short wait they were brought to the table. Both meals were well cooked, steak was a perfect medium rare and presentation spot on. The chips were heavenly, right size not skinny things and cooked perfectly - soft in the middle and crispy on the outside with a lovely colour I can stand anaemic chips even if they are cooked. We are not particularly bothered with dessert so we finished our drinks and left. All in all a lovely meal and we will be back.
We all had carvery. It was lovely. Good amount of meat big Yorkshire pudding. Good variety of veg and potatoes. Paid extra for pigs in blankets. You got three. So we all had one each. Our granddaughter had chocolate brownie with ice cream. She said it was delicious. Lad on carvery did a great job. I also liked how our plates were quickly collected away once we had finished our meal. Table clean. Only thing I would suggest is menus need a wipe down. Will be returning soon
Food was great, girls at bar were wonderful. Being punjabi it always worries us going to various 'unknown' pubs for us as we have had looks etc before but we felt so comfortable here. I loved the fact that we were able to move from out table to outside very easily and back.
Been here twice - really nice carvery + other food is great too. The manager was very polite and asked everyone how their meal was. Be back again soon, lovely pub.
