Beautifully kept and the layout is very good.

A well kept, nice, quiet, owner only park, 5 minute walk from the beach. Piped gas and mains electric, ample plots and all have a parking space next to the caravan. Security barriers and mostly well lit roads make it a safe place to holiday. Open beginning of March until the beginning of January, so you can even spend christmas and new year there if you wish. Sutton on Sea village is only a 10 minute walk and has lots of lovely shops and a choice of cafes, chip shops, a Chinese takeaway and a couple of Pubs one of which does pub grub and host events in the beer garden. There is large paddling pool area for children near the sea front and a community centre where various craft fairs etc are held. Beaches are well kept and clean and a popular spot for beach fishing.

Very nice site staff more than helpful very quiet and lovely recommend to any one who wants the perfect site no rowdy neighbors well kept .

Lovely quiet site. No kids park.  Good site if you want a caravan for your own or family use. No holiday lets.

went to look at buying a van ,there was nothing not to like on the site ,well kept ,and Anna was very helpful in showing us around the site  ,lovely site 5 star .

This is a nice private site for owners only of caravans and a very friendly place to stay there is a nice bistro on site where you can enjoy a good meal and the grounds are kept nice and tidy
