One of our favourite sites. Peaceful, well maintained, good facilities and friendly owners.

Well maintained grassy site. Child friendly with a small play area. Clean toilet block with pot washing, washing machine, dryer and freezer for ice blocks. Owners very accommodating and will do their best to help whatever your query or problem. Walking distance from Sutton on Sea and Sandilands with beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. Busy road but can be avoided using footpaths.

It was clean and friendly didn't like the owner checking if we had smuggled children and then charging 5 pounds for meeting up with family who had came from Skegness for a coffee my brother daughter not seen since my brother funeral . So embarrassed Owner stood over us till we paid up although we had paid 10 pounds for a card refundable just take it from that .then a little girl comes up and tell us to move our car because she will kick it wonder where that came from.Also got friend in sutton on sea glad I didn't invite them back
