Real Ale House
One of Edinburgh's smallest pubs! Local Free House situated a very short distance between Waverley train station and the Royal Mile. Cosy, historic and atmospheric Railway themed public House, which specializes in cask conditoned Real Ale from established, and new micro breweries across Scotland and England. Four handpumps feature guest beers, which change on a daily basis. Wide range of Malt Whisky available, including our own "Halfway House" Tullibardine Malt. Traditonal meals available from 11.00am- 9.00pm (excluding Sunday 12.30pm-9.00pm) which include "Cullen Skink Soup" from award winning fishmongers "Downies of Whitehill", "Haggis Neeps & Tatties" and "Stovies and Oatcakes". We are not unfortunately, able to take advance meal bookings, provide disabled access, or facilities for children under the age of five.
