The Mitre Bar

Traditional scottish food, haggis was lovely, lots of drinks available at the bar plenty to choose from. Service was amazing from a lovely lady who was very helpful and nice. Food was quick and delicious. Good portions as well and good price would 100% recommend.

Good pub that I've been to a few times. Drinks are always good the the service is great. Sadly the lock in the gents toilets doesn't actually lock the door, which leads to a great game of resting your foot against the door/standing in various hilarious positions while trying to sort yourself out.

Good service and great food. Atmosphere was great and the booths are a nice place to sit. Adam and Rosie were both on their game and we had a very pleasant lunch. Highly recommend.

I tryed nearly everything from menu, when have been visiting Edinburgh, food was delicious, staff friendly, a great view from outsides tables. I just love it inside and outside.

Nice tasty traditional Scottish fare

Good food with very friendly staff and is located at a great spot. There is a good selection of alcohol and its reasonably priced.

We both had steaks at Mitre on Saturday night and were excellent, cooked to perfection , Enjoyed myfirst pint of Nicolsons Pale ale since lockdown, quickly followed by another. Felt very covid secure in our comfortable spotlessly clean booth , visit Mitre every time Iin the area, great wee pub.

Good food and service. We caused a little confusion using the app trying to get a £1 drink that we never got in the end. Food was tasty and timely.

Was drinking here 40+ years ago and it's as good now as in the day.
