I can’t say enough great things about this gym and my personal trainer, Kristal Johnson! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming, but Kristal truly sets it apart. She’s motivating, knowledgeable, and always personalizes my workouts to keep me progressing. I’ve seen amazing results and actually look forward to every session. Highly recommend!
Love this gym. It even has some Calisthenics equipment on the top floor 3 floors, namely medoum sized parallettes.nnLoads of space, loads of equipment and plenty of bar space for compounds and pull ups/muscle ups work. Theres space on 1st floor for handstand practise which I need too.nnFriendly vibes from the staff and people/customers are top too. I like the area.
Got great help from the Krystal, was new to the gym and she made me feel much more welcomed and comfortable.nThe atmosphere was much warmer with her around, would definitely recommend this gym and the personal trainers here, especially with it being 24 hours too.

The trainers are knowledgeable andnnalways available to help. Overall, an excellent place forna great workout experience!nnDON'T FORGET to type your reg in on the gym tablet when you get inside.. it is especially for gym car park users and will share few pictures to make it more easy for the first time users & visitors.

From day one, she made me feel welcome, supported, and completely at ease — even when I was nervous about getting back into fitness.
