Unfortunately, hygiene in the male toilets has been a persistent issue. Over the past two months, I’ve noticed that soap dispensers are either missing or not stocked. On multiple occasions, the only working dispenser was filled with hand sanitiser instead of soap. Additionally, the blue paper rolls, which were previously available for cleaning, have been removed. For a gym, maintaining hygiene should be a top priority, especially in shared facilities.nnAnother concern is the condition of the rowing machines. Out of five machines, only two are functional. The rest have issues such as broken footrests or chains that don’t run smoothly. This limits the equipment availability and diminishes the overall gym experience.nnI’ve tried to highlight these problems through surveys, but unfortunately, there has been no visible improvement. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these concerns by improving maintenance and hygiene standards.
This gym is amazing I have been with it for a so long but at the moment I got my membership and is still active but when I go to the gym it does not work my pin so I pressed the call button at the entrance when I need help I did that about 4 times for 2 days and they never Anwser please fix customer service
The gym could do with more of certain pieces of equipment particularly a chest fly machine. The following comment is more a reflection on the clientele. The toilets are abused. Piss on the seats, spattered toilet bowl etc. I also see gym goers visibly just walk away to another workout station leaving weights and dumbbells all over the floor. I know the gym group management have threatened to remove membership if they see this but not sure they're actually following through with it as the place is always a mess. Hopefully things will improve
Had PT sessions with Aiesha. She was professional, fun, and made working out enjoyable even whilst working up a serious sweat! She is extremely knowledgeable and caters your program to suit your needs and target areas. Highly recommend!
