Story

G4 Physiotherapy & Fitness provide a service with skills and expertise to help diagnose and cure all injury problems and increase levels of fitness. Our friendly and highly experienced team offer a wealth of Physiotherapy, Massage & Fitness experience from all walks of life including professional sports & within the Royal Marines.

Our specialist range of physiotherapy treatments and services help relieve pain, reduce swelling & inflammation, reduce joint & muscle stiffness and promote the healing of all soft tissue injuries (e.g. muscle/tendon/ligament strains & sprains). We provide specific strengthening and exercise rehabilitation for all conditions & age-groups to enable the return to full fitness as quickly as possible.

We are recognized by all private medical insurance companies and provide a service for workforce occupational health departments.

We provide a Mobile Physiotherapy service to assist with the management of all injury problems within people’s own homes, work-places, nursing and residential care homes. Such visits can be arranged upon request.

We specialise in Acupuncture and all forms of remedial Massage (sports, deep-tissue & aromatherapy). Our skilled team also provide a Sports Podiatry service to help manage all lower limb biomechanical problems.

Our Personal Training & Fitness Team conduct training sessions for both individuals and group sessions. Our team welcome people of all ages and all levels of fitness from beginners to elite level.

Immediate & emergency physiotherapy & massage appointments are available and we remain flexible with our opening times (7am-9pm).

Had a back, neck and shoulder massage today with Charlotte. I feel amazing! No specific problems but it was fantastic to have a quality massage by someone who is so knowledgable and passionate about what they do. Just what I needed. She was able to adjust for my 22 week baby bump and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend and I will be back for sure. Thank you!

Started visiting G4 alittle over a year ago.
I have a ruptured (at times bulging) disc. damaged SI joint and torn cartilage in my hip. None can be 'fixed just managed. And those weaknesses create overcompensating injuries.
All the team here are great but can't speak highly enough of Charlotte D. 2 weeks ago I started with chronic pain, at times too painful to work. Following her advice and with her treatment I'm doing really well and can now look forward to time with family over Christmas. 
So grateful for everything she has done. Thank you Charlotte and all at G4

I have been attending G4 clinic for 3.5 years. I have used the following services physio,personal training, sports massage, Pilates, acupuncture podiatry and Gait testing for insoles.  The growing facilities at G4  make the clinic a one stop clinic they are professional friendly and supportive , the flexibility and level of care you receive exceeds expectations.  I have a team of warehouse staff who are manual handling heavy boxes all day, 5 days a week. Glyn treated one of our warehouse operatives and got him back to work much sooner than expected, his knowledge and experience is worthy of a 5 star review. I have booked another 10 sessions of PT and 
I am looking forward to getting in good shape for my holiday in the new year. Looking forward to experiencing some of the new services. Jane Wilmott.

I have Kore Therapy with Anna and would highly recommend.  Different from anything else I've tried but the results speak for themselves.

Tore ankle ligaments while running. GP recommended seeing physio and service I received at G4 was excellent. The injury was complex due to bone damage which the team identified mid-way through initial treatment (which the hospital didn't). Once confirmed by MRI scan, the treatment was tailored to suit the extent of injury. Realistic targets for recovery were set and met while the physio team was available to assist with out of hours difficulties. Booking was easy and straight forward with times to suit me including early morning and late evening. Full recovery made, medically highly knowledgeable and service impressive. Highly recommended.
