Staff are always friendly even if they are overrun with children. People will always try and help if you need information. The receptionists are very nice, as are the coaches. If you need a bite or a drink, Annie will always make you sure you get what you need.

Friends daughter goes here and she loves it. Only complaint my friend has is the traffic at certain times.

Many coaches are good, but Anthony was a nightmare. Very first lesson.. grabbed my daughter's hair (which had just been cut into a bob) and forcefully tried to put in a high ponytail. It really hurt Tammy and the girls proceeded to snigger at her after as her hair looked ridiculous as half of it was hanging out. She always clipped it back with Liam and that was fine. He put her off going ( she started there age 4) in one lesson and we never got the apology that the club said he would give. The club apolised on his behalf however. We had to leave because of this.

That facilities are amazing, the coaches on the recreational side are really nice and pleasant people, however the downside to this gym are the squad coaches who are rude, unpleasant and let personal issues cloud their judgment

I've trained here for 1 and a half years and when I moved up I was really happy the coaches there are amazing and it's the closest gym to wherein live
