I have been a member at a number of gyms but like many never stuck to it, i constantly made excuses! I was recommended Results Inc, I saw the 5 free trials and haven’t looked back since. I have been a member for a year and the results I have seen in myself I could only of hoped for. Be it for the coaches expertise, persistence and encouragement I have lost 18 kg, I have reversed my history of high blood pressure and made incredible friends. I am now a girl like those I used to envy, excercises and enjoys it! It’s a fabulous environment, so if you’re considering it why not..try it for yourself!

Amazing place. I've always dropped out of gym memberships through boredom in the past - but not here. Lovely, friendly, super-knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff, , which rubs off on the members. The (very easy and flexible) appointments system means it's never over-crowded and the coaches are always there to perfect your technique, egg you on, and even stop you going too far too fast when you're getting over an injury or just back after illness... Fantastic gym.

I was one of those people, you know, joins a gym with the best intentions. Couple of months in...finds an excuse...tired...bad day..etc etc. Pushing my 21st birthday (cough cough) and trying to loose the best part of my baby weight I thought it's my last chance to channel my inner Davina McCall. I saw an advert for 5 free sessions and thought why not? YOLO and whatever the kids say these days! From the first time I walked in, I felt the difference. Results Inc are not just about helping you be the best, it's a community. The team organise Christmas parties, facilitate baby sitting circles over holidays and even get the children involved if you are stuck and have to bring them with you. Oh there's also the warming of your coffee cup by Tom on a Saturday. 7 months in and I've not dropped a session but I have dropped several inches! Joe, Eddie, Dave , Dan and Tom you are all awesome 😁 and thank you, for encouraging me x

I don't normally feel the urge to write a review but after a great Graft session ran this morning by Steph I just had to do it. For those present I am sure you agree it was a great workout and fun to. An intense 45 mins but choreographed by Steph with a team emphasis which made a hard workout really enjoyable. I encourage those who have not yet signed up to do so and join in - you will not regret it and it only takes up a small amount your time with maximum results :)

Since joining the gym I have been very impressed with the results. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A personal thanks goes to David, Ed and Gaz. I look forward to training even harder in 2018!
