Really great place for the beginner and for the seasoned athlete. The coaching at SBG is at the highest level and you are spoiled for choice in classes. BJJ, kickboxing, MMA judo, wrestling they got it all.

Without a doubt the best BJJ / MMA gym not just in Manchester but in the north of England. The coaching staff and the environment are second to none, it simply doesn't get any better than this.

if you want world class coaching and you live in the manchester area, this is the place to be. Gym has a friendly atmosphere, and the coaching staff are second to none, go try them out, they have a free trial going as well so you have nothing to lose.
