Clean, bright and airy gym - more than adequate for regular workouts. Nice big windows that look onto the shopping street if you fancy some sunlight while you work the treadmill / stepper. There's a bit of a problem with rough sleepers around the entrance at night, and the stairwell sometimes has people in it that shouldn't be there. That said, the gym itself is clean and safe with lots of up-to-date equipment. Great value for money.

WORST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO! Stupidly small weights area only one bench press, hardly any free weight plates.. Most the staff are rude or unhelpful was told by some random looking pt I can't keep my bag with me that it has to be put away, I asked him for the manager he goes he's down stairs go to him then was approached by another member of staff telling me she will take my bag as people are not allowed them as people steal the equipment lol what a joke! It's not worth the £15 they charge just full of cardio machines and rude staff!!

The gym is clean and tidy, the price of membership is fantastic, the only reason from them not getting a 5 stars is they need to have different gym equipment rather than the same because there is at least 4 chest press machine so they will need to switch up the equipment a bit. personally i would recommend this because it isnt a bad place to workout considering the price of the membership. Note: this gym isn't for powerlifter because it only one deadlifting platform has 2 bench press and etc

The gym is clean. The equipment is up to date. Open 24 hours. That is the only good points. The staff are rude. I got threatened in the gym by 3 heavily built men and the gym staff backed up the men and didn't even ask if I was ok. Totally the opposite they asked me how I had upset them and that I should try and respect them and do what they wanted me to do. After that I left the gym and ended my contract with them. I phoned and complained and nothing was done about it. Also the personal trainer I had Simon Bourne tried to charge me for missing A training session that was not even organised then he also kept hold if £10 that he owed me from when I paid him extra for A training session. So I would not trust him at all. All.he is after is money and not helping you to improve. If I was you I would stay away from this place if you want to get anywhere with your training.
