Excellent gym for strength and conditioning. Nothing like the commercial gyms out there. Lots of strong man equipment. Two rooms filled with a good selection of equipment.

I've been to other gyms and received programmes from the resident personal trainers. They never work and there's no follow up.

Central Fitness on the other hand is the complet opposite. The team there really know what they are talking about and this is shown in their competitive successes. They are always on hand to give advise and tips to help you achieve their goals. These guys eat sleep and drink fitness, they are passionate about it and it shows.

The atmosphere at the gym is very friendly and there is a wide range of kit to cater for everyone's needs. The 'Powerhouse' room is especially interesting, packed with lots of specialist strongman and sports specific training equipment.

I've been to many gyms over the years, both hardcore and health clubs, and non of them compare to Central Fitness. It really is in a league of its own.
