A range of classes, though I struggle to get to some, as they start at 5pm, most people who work don't finish until then.  A 5:15 or 5:30 start would be much better. I tend to go straight from work as it's near to the gym, and I have young children to collect so my workout time is limited.  The main gym area is huge, and I have never struggled to get on the cardio machines like I have at other gyms. The gym and changing rooms are always spotless, no concerns with hygiene. There also seems to be plenty of staff about should you need someone. For a low budget gym I am pleasantly surprised!

Love this gym. Of all the chain gyms ive used, these are the best. Good price, cleanliness is the best. Can not fault the facilities staff there. They do a fantastic job

Good overall gym but gets to busy at 4 and lack of gym attachments only one triceps rope in a gym that size not acceptable

* Very polite staff - they smile and welcome you as you enter.
* Vast amount of equipment. No waiting, plenty for everyone.
* Good hot showers - water is always hot and never runs cold (unless i'm just lucky).
* Membership prices EVERYONE can afford. Not like other gyms where you pay silly prices for membership.

Good classes available, friendly trainers and good atmosphere. Great value for money!
