One bench and only two squat racks but loads of cardio equipment that isn’t even half used. Everyone’s crammed in the weights area, which is weird they made such a big big cardio room in comparison. Lots of the machines are a bit old and used, needs fixed at multiple locations. Pretty tatty gym to be honest
The gym is ok, there is no space for do some courses, unlike in the cameron toll's one, there are just machines and a big space with taped boxes where you can do your exercise like abs and other easy stuff, PT are almost always in the office at least they've been called but it seems that you're alone in the gym, is good if you already know how train yourself. Unfortunately , since going to the gym has become "fashion" there are a lot of people that don't know how to stay in a gym and maybe if you have to train yourself in super set 2 different exercise of the same muscolar group done together before rest you just cannot do it because people in some machines remain sit for twenty minuts or more just for do it 3-4 times and in the meantime they use their phone, and after that, you loose also a lot of time for clean the machines because they just don't do that. Another thing that I do not like of this gym is the ac always on and very cold, if you are sweat and, loose, not for your fault too much time between exercises, you could also take fever.
More machines than other 'the gym' venues. Also newer and less stuffy. Nice big view over corstorphine. A nicer experience than average
Good gym with many machines I visited there after moving from murrayfield gym, surprised that no normal weight machine was there and showers are not working!
I have never been to a gym like this is my first gym in over 5 years I'm in enjoyed the gym so have been gone to the gym twice a day that is good for your money
Excellent place. Well located. Has parking as well. User friendly app. Gives you the count of how many are at the gym. Will add photos soon. Excellent view while doing the workout that gives a lot of freshness.
Staff are rude and fabricate situations that they 100% created. Equipment is also not good. Cameron Toll The Gym Group is far more respectable towards it's members and athletes. It's a shame that doesn't carry over all The Gym Group sites.
Good parking facility…. Easy accessible…. Have required equipment’s for fitness …. Reasonable price…. Neat and clean… no waiting for machines during peak hours… One of the best fitness centre….
Great gym, good use of the space they have. Not the biggest area for free weights, but plenty of floor space where you put the mats down, where there are also extra medium sized weights, so it works well. People always put their weights back and clean after themselves here, which is amazing to me because where I'm from in Manchester, pretty much nobody does that. The tannoy guy that constantly says "it's that simple" though is really annoying, it makes me wonna rebel and do the opposite of what he says
Nice gym the only thing I would say is the twice I have been the gym always feel stuffy like the A/C isn't on. Which for someone who is asthmatic isn't a pleasant experience.
