It's a gym built inside of an old office building. The management doesn't seem to care about fixing broken machines such as the rowing machines, some of which have remained broken for over a year. The personal trainers and class teachers are nice. It would be good if they put a stop to the changing rooms being used by some for consuming marijuana and cocaine. I reported it to staff on multiple occasions and no action to counter this was taken.

Friendly atmosphere always, well air conditioned. Clean equipment. Only let off is the showers at times users leave dirty with shaved hair all over. Other than that, the best place for a work out.

Awful gym. Dirty, Overly busy and equipment broken alot.nnChanging rooms are disgusting, smelly, sinks broken, lockers could have various types of waste left in them.nnEquipment and machines broken alot.nnStaff are non existent, never see them.nnWent various times of day and always busy. Want a bench press or squat rack, no chance. Unless you just want a treadmill this isn't the gym for you.nnWiFi you can't get signal in lifting section.nnDo yours self a big favour go to the Gym group Murrayfield or Lift round the corner.nnI lasted about a Month.

Very good gym, very good service. My boyfriend and I had a little surprise today. He couldn't remember his pin code, so he couldn't log into the app or get the QR code. It may be due to system reasons that we cannot receive any emails from puregym. I asked Tom for help, and Tom helped us solve this problem. I really appreciate him. I think I will recommend puregym to my friends.

I have multigym acces , sometimes I go to pure gym west , good equipment but the smell in this gym it’s absolutely awful
