Great transport links into the city centre and the airport. Friendly, attentive staff who are more than happy to be of service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, a little dated though and some TLC here and there wouldn't go amiss. Beds are comfortable and facilities are good. All in all a pleasurable experience was had.

Perfect hotel for visiting Edinburgh. 2 stops from the airport and great bus links into the city... Next to a shopping centre with tram links. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and Hot. Food for dinner or lunch in the bar was just as nice. Rooms are brilliant. Spacious and clean.

Always love my visits here good rooms and facilities, nice bar and leisure areas. Very handy for all areas. Casino just over road fish and chip shop and Chinese restaurant near by. Nice restaurant on site.

I thought the staff were excellent. Not just that they were helpful, but they had real warmth and character that gave it a homely feel. Rooms very comfortable. I attended an all day meeting in one of the conference suites. The snacks they served were scrumptious: Belgian waffles with gooey chocolate dip. Mmmm

Had a super stay here! All the staff were so friendly and attentive making you feel like you actually mattered to them! Hotel in a great location to get to various tourist hot spots. We stayed in a deluxe room with sofa bed to accommodate us and the two kids. Was really clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and again the staff went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend.
