Great little gym. Very nice staff and good atmosphere. Much better than pure gym and well worth the extra money. The cardio machines are pretty high end to my eyes and always spotless with antibacterial wipes provided to clean you machine after ( and everyone does so ). There is limited public parking over the road.

Small, “boutique” style gym. Super clean and you also get to have your own changing room, which I must say it’s cool! There is a good selection of weight machines and they also provide a variety of classes at no extra cost. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Only thing to be aware of though, is the congestion. Being a small gym it is normal during rush hour, which is right after work, to get a little bit busier, which means that you will perhaps have to wait a bit longer for some machines to get free or to use the changing rooms.

Overall I highly suggest it.

Really good gym, although there are limited equipment, there is WiFi with tv screens attached to the equipment. Overall a good atmosphere.

Good no frills gym. Small in size, but enough equipment variation to suit most needs. Quiet if you avoid the usual rush hour times (early morning, lunchtime and just after office hours). Is a little pricey for what's on offer, especially if your not going to make use of the "worldwide access" but well worth it if you get a Groupon deal like I did.
