Enjoy every visit and if you go about late morning or noon the gym is almost empty. But even in busy times there's rarely a wait to use machines!

Showers and locker rooms are well maintained, only minus would be that a lot of the lockers don't close or open properly.

Can only recommend, maybe more for casual workouts but there sure is some professional equipment too!

Great gym, centrally located in Edinburgh City Centre. Well equipped with a large range of cardio machines and weights machines. Also just expanded the free weights area. Very busy between 5 - 7 pm weekdays. Clean and well lit. Helpful staff. Even has some classes. Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff. Fairly small gym but has all the kit you'll need. Was quite busy on my mid week visit.

It's ok and cheap I speak for off peak times, not rush hour 6pm to 8pm. I went once at peak time and all I got was frustrated with waiting. Awkward seeing some male instructors giving free advice and personal assistance to young girls, while a disabled guy struggled like hell right next to them continuously.
It's clean, music is cheesy pop, bring your own rock music!
