Staff are always amazing! They make you feel at home and take the scariness away that you can sometimes feel when going to the gym! The facilities are excellent. It has something for everyone and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are so relaxing.

For the price it's membership not worth it.. though not bad for single visits.  Staff is lovely and helpful,though spa area is not up to standards. Over crowded in peak hours .

Good machines, lots of space, don't feel too busy during rush hours, nice staff, decent swimming pool. Happy to have changed the gym for this one.

I love this gym. It saved my body from descending into overweight,  cellulite ridden chaos. They have wide selection of classes for everyone,  they are open since the early morning till late at night (so your working hours are no excuse) and apart from the wide range of machines they have  sauna,  steam room,  swimming pool and hot tub. The trainers there are professional,  friendly and ready to address your training needs. At the top of all that goodness you will get health assessments (health MOT) and training amd dietary advice even if personal trainer is out of your budget. I can't recommend it enough.

Too busy and chaotic. The pool area is overcrowded. May have the facilities but not a place that you can easily indulge
