A lively young bar in the centre of Manchester City Centre

Story

We are The Font Manchester, one of the busiest bars in Manchester city center. We offer over 40 £2 cocktails(contrary to popular belief these all contain a generous amount of full strength alcohol) and a large range of £3, £4 and £5 cocktails if you're feeling flush!
We also offer a large range of incredibly fancy beers, some aren't cheap but are worth every penny! Our staff are pretty clued up when it comes to ale so ask away if you have any questions and they will be happy to help you out!
Other offers include 2for1 bottles of tiger till 10pm and £9 bottles of wine 5-8pm.

Reasonable price for drinks, some good offers. Just cocktails shouldn't be served in plastic glasses, and the syrups they use are like what you get an all inclusive!!! Cocktails have nothing special about them unfortunately
Spotted a great deal on their newsletter so had a trip in. The food was simple but very good and filled us up. The drinks were cheap we got in for happy hour and service was quick as always. We did book ahead and glad we did as it was a Friday night and fills up quickly. Music was good but maybe a tiny bit loud, but it is a bar so that's not really a complaint, that's the norm.
Unique place, never had cocktails like this before. Really satisfies the sweet tooth but also has some more alcoholic tasting cocktails too. Particularly recommend strawberries and cream, jaffa cake and mudslide. Jammie dodger is worth it too for the slightly higher price. Been here many times before and it's never let me down, the happy hour offers are also great. Most nice and cheap £2-£3 with some others around the £5-£7 range so enough options for choice depending on how much you feel like spending on drink.
Hired The Font for a work event on a Monday evening and it was brilliant! We had the whole downstairs to ourselves and the staff could not do enough for us! The food was really good and kept being brought throughout the evening. We did drinks vouchers which made it so much easier to control. Big shout out to Rachael for running round and being amazing. Also to the rest of the team.
Great burgers, be them beef or chicken not tried the veggie and very reasonably priced, especially for the city centre. Nice beers and cheap cocktails. Not a place I'd call upmarket, more school canteen but all in all a pleasant experience.
The drinks are quite cheap in comparison to the rest of Manchester but the quality is also not at the same level either. We ordered a few different cocktails and all were ok, but nothing special I was torn between 3 or 4 stars but I think just 'ok' is fair
Great bar . . .staff are friendly, grest selection of drinks and the prices are very reasonable. Food is equally tasty and reasonably priced; great place for a mid week drink and food.

Staff here were lovely and friendly! We sat outside in the sun and ordered cocktails! The photos on the website looked lush but when they came they were quite disappointing. Toilets inside weren't very clean either.
There cocktails are delicious and the service is friendly. It can get very busy on a Saturday night so it's best to buy two drinks at a time. I recommend the Zombie. If you're visiting Manchester and you want affordable drinks in a super cool establishment, this is the place to go.
