I have visited this casino a couple of times now as they are one of the few places you can play cash poker for reasonable stakes. The staff were all very polite and the dealers very professional. There is also a very large gaming floor with all the regular casino bank games and a separate slots area that I didn't personality visit. Can't wait to come back!

Best casino of Manchester. Good ambiance, dealers sometimes aren't that politely if they are tired. Still recommend when in Manchester.

I recently visited Genting Casino in Manchester for the first time on February 16th. Having frequented many casinos before, I was eager to experience what Genting had to offer. Unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired.  Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the rudeness of the staff. This was a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere I've encountered at other establishments. As someone who enjoys playing blackjack, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of hospitality at the blackjack table. The dealer seemed more focused on speed than customer service, rushing through the game without bothering to communicate scores or engage with players.  One incident that particularly stood out was when a customer attempted to join a game with another dealer. Instead of politely addressing the situation, the dealer responded with hostility, stating that allowing the customer to play would result in lost business. Despite the customer's friend returning with a significant amount of cash to play, the dealer's demeanor remained unpleasant throughout the interaction.  Overall, my experience at Genting Casino in Manchester was marred by rude staff and a lack of customer-centric service. As someone who enjoys the excitement of casino gaming, I was disappointed by the overall atmosphere and treatment received during my visit.

It was my first time in casino. Had fun and a nice experience.

To be honestly the RTP rate a little big low compared with another casino. But all the STAFFS are v c polite n very good  service to customers. This is my favourite casino although my winning percentage are v v v low

I have never experienced such security before at a casino I'm an American but once I got through it, I was impressed with the number of table games that were available. I had a blast playing 5 Pound Blackjack. Would absolutely return!
