I ordered a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 625 from TheElectricBikeShop on 27th April 2024. I paid £2299 for the bike as stated on the website at the time, along with a dispatch period of 30th April - 2nd May. A few days later, I received an order processing email, with the dispatch dates being pushed back by a further 2 days. Fine, no problem. This came and went, and numerous calls to their customer service I was given empty promises of an update and that my bike will be dispatched soon. I finally had enough after a whole 10 days after the promised dispatch date had passed and asked to cancel the order. When I did this, they cancelled it without hesitation the same day. No apologies, nothing. Upon checking the website, the bike has increased in price by £200. I suspect they withheld dispatching the bike from me the whole time as I think they may have undersold the bike due to an mis-price on their end. I was never given any reason for the delay from them and they never apologised for this. I think they were waiting and hoping for me to eventually ask them to cancel the order the whole time. Disingenuous and dishonest company. AVOID!
What a lovely helpful team, from the moment I arrived, the floor was opened for me. Lucas repaired my bike straight away, with no previous booking. A very kind and helpful team. Thank you. It's good to know I can bring my bike to you if I need assistance and advice.
I have a Giant bike that isn't Electric. Riding, my brake became very loose and worrying about riding down the hill, I went up hill to find a bike shop to see if anyone could help. I went into the electric bike shop in hope and was greeted by 2 extremely helpful team members, who helped with tightening my brake. So I was able to ride it downhill home. Excellent service and such a big help!
I bought 2 E bikes from this shop - one is perfect and runs like a dream - however the other bike has a problem with the motor as it works intermittently in the cold, wet winter months I have taken my bike into the store at least 3 times. The last time was 11 months ago - they promised to contact the manufacturer and get it sorted - sadly my bike is still not working properly: I feel very vulnerable- as last night the motor cut out on a major roundabout in Bristol - with cars and buses beeping their horns at me as I had no power- meanwhile speedily my partner was able to zoom away on the bike that is perfect. Every time I contact the shop they are very polite and I think something is going to get done but still I’m left with a bike that is unsafe and malfunctioning: A phone call yesterday again made me feel positive and I am hoping there will be a solution … Yours forever hopeful …

I wanted to thank Faegen and Rob for all their help with my recent electric bike purchase. They took the time to let me try different e-bikes, listened to what I needed, gave me impartial advice and there was no hard sales pitch. I ended up buying the Raleigh Centros and it is a fantastic e-bike. Loving biking around Bristol! Great customer service from really knowledgeable staff and really good terms - appreciated the free month's insurance too. I trust they'll be there to help out when I need it. Highly recommend getting an e-bike from here.
Since the change in staff within the building, Richard and his team have helped me on multiple occasions and each have been an outstanding care in customer care. If you need anything for your bikes or are looking for their first electric bike. The team here will be happy to assist no matter the issue!
I have been cycling in Bristol for 10 years and somehow have never had a puncher, sadly today was that day. I was lost with what to do, where to go. On route home I found this repair shop, slightly embarrassed to relieve the news. But the gentlemen here were incredibly helpful, friendly, kind and so generous. They fixed the puncher instantly and sent me on my way smiling . For a first time puncher, it was a breeze. Thanks to these guys. Highly recommend
I have taken my electric cargo bike into this shop twice in last month, initially without warning with a newly acquired flat tyre and despite being understaffed they fixed the tyre within 30mins. Secondly I rang up with an electrical issue and had a pleasant conversations and advice to pop in for diagnostics - this actually turned out to be an understanding tutorial in how the electrics of my bike work. They were kind and understanding. This is firmly becoming my go to bike shop for electric bikes in Bristol. Thank you to the team there.
Had an issue with my 4th Gen Bosch Motor. Another very well know Bike shop in Bristol failed to sort. Walked in the shop met by Rich who instantly offered to help. Plugged it in, diagnosed the issues, had a laugh at the same time. Bike updated , Fault cleared! One VERY happy Customer Thankyou
