Luka provides great service at this historic pub with plenty of aviator flavor. From the stickers on the walls, the signatures and photos or the burns in the ceiling; past aviators have left their marks. The food was good enough and the menu and ales were perfect for the establishment.
Cool spot to come in for drinks and some standard pub fare. Great location in Cambridge and outstanding service. The history of the pub makes it worth visiting while in the area. Food was good but not notable.
I was able to come here back in 2014 on a USO from the US. It was awesome having a proper pint pumped in from the basement below. Thanks for teaching this American how to have an english beer! Also, the WWII history is amazing. So much respect for those brave pilots who flew out of Cambridge!
A fantastic traditional pub in the heart of Cambridge. This place oozes with charm and character with loads of history. The barman told me that it was the oldest pub in Cambridge and that the scientists who discovered DNA celebrated at table 18 right after.
Really good service, food and drink wonderful. Covid 19 social distancing guaranteed. Really enjoyed the RAF bar with the written information by previous pilots on the ceiling.
Great atmosphere.. loved the lasagna.. great location.. well took care with the convid19 restrictions. We felt save
Great pub food and atmosphere. Service was very friendly and efficient. Arrangements relating to the virus were excellent.
A picturesque English pub with a lot of history. It's really worth it. And the beer is very good!
The pub has two different areas and both are very nice. The food was good and the staff very friendly. Will most definitely visit again.
