Completely RUDE attitude toward patients. My mother is a CANCER patient highest grade of blood cancer and waits for hours just for a simple receipt, she gets shouted and insulted, once they forced her to leave the premises...Today she was offered a flu vaccine..., how relevant is to offer a cancer patient to have a flu infection vaccine? The nature of cancer leads to immunodeficiency and the vaccine represents injecting a life virus in the person's blood stream? How is this acceptable at all? Practices like this shouldn't exist!

This surgery is unprofessional I'm leaving after just 2 months. Good luck trying to make an appointment in the first place as the receptionists don't pick up, you have to come at 3pm and wait around. The surgery closes too early so you can't get an appointment after work. I have seen the receptionist walk into the doctors room constantly while the doctors with a patient to ask menial questions. The waiting room is too close to the consulting rooms and reception area so you have no privacy. The reception staff are rude and bicker with each other due to their incompetence. I've seen several patients argue with the reception staff because they keep making mistakes. Don't bother joining save yourself the hassle.

Doctor is fine but the Secretary are all rubish I had a very bad flu it took me 2hrs before i can see the doctor but some people coming after me is their friend or relatives see the doctor first

Good luck getting them to answer the phone! As others have said, pretty shocking customer service here. They just really can't be bothered. To avoid frustration and being ignored, go elsewhere trust me.

. Standing in the cue on the street in the mornings for a one hour to be first. pregnant womens old people have to do this to. No sit in places. Cold. Raining. People in this cue because is limited amount of people could get appointment.After one hour pregnant women get appointment. Which is after 2 hours. So she is in 35weeks and hawe to go thru this.What to do. Go home both ways 70 min. By walk for her. Or sit in there.For two hours. No fresh air.no eating places around.Just toilet and water.Searching them number on Google. Caled. No one answering. Event no signal.Just a womens voice telling the opening time on repeat. Praiority only for wok in appointments. Couple times I made appointment but instead to call me they caling elder people. No disrespect for them. But because of this I had to late by one hour. Worst expereienc. And if you life there you got no choose. Im moved out from this are because of this. Good luck everyone.
